Stewarding Manager – Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Stewarding Manager to lead our Food & Beverage stewardship team at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across all food processing areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute quarterly inventory counts.
• Accurately record breakage and recommend purchase of operating equipment.
• Liaise with the local Health Ministry on environmental and hygiene issues.
• Control the quality of washing equipment, chinaware, glassware, flatware and supervise silverware burnishing, kitchen cleaning and waste disposal.
• Select appropriate cleaning agents, define processes and deliver technical training.
• Assist in managing F&B divisional expenses by educating outlets on chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage costs and safety.
• Coordinate daily requirements with the Assistant F&B Manager or Outlet Manager.
• Orient new employees, prepare induction checklists and arrange on‑the‑job training.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel Stewarding department.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Inventory management.

• Knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning agents.
• Health and safety compliance, including liaison with regulatory bodies.
