Stewarding Supervisor - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. You will lead the stewarding team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety across all kitchen and banquet areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations to maintain spotless kitchen and banquet spaces.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of stewards, reinforcing hotel standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and food‑service teams for smooth, timely operations.
• Implement waste‑management and recycling programmes.
• Prepare regular reports on stewarding activities for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of stewarding supervision experience, preferably in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Current residence in the UAE.
