Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team at Yas Acres Golf & Country Club in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all back‑of‑house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety, supporting smooth kitchen operations during daily service and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas.
• Monitor the proper cleaning, storage, and handling of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health regulations.
• Manage stewarding schedules and allocate duties effectively.
• Assist in inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Support kitchen operations during peak periods and special events.
• Train and motivate stewarding staff to maintain high performance standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor in a hotel, restaurant, golf club, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills in English.
