Stock Assistant – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

The Stock Assistant supports the boutique’s stock management, ensuring a smooth flow of merchandise, accurate inventories and the highest level of customer service in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and control deliveries, manage customer reservations and handle obsolete items.
• Process invoices, packaging, re‑labelling and organise sales‑related stock activities.
• Execute regular inventories, including rotating, annual and remote stock counts, following established procedures.
• Analyse stock data to identify optimisation opportunities and propose process improvements.
• Develop and conduct Morning Briefs when required to align the team.

Required profile

• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• High level of rigor, accuracy and synthesis.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and fashion sensitivity.
• Intercultural awareness and excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
