Store Manager

About the role

Sephora is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Dubai location, ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to meet commercial and operational KPIs, using tools such as Love Meter and CEE.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, resolve complaints, and enhance client satisfaction through action plans.
• Drive sales performance across Sephora’s own label and third‑party brands, creating internal competitions and monitoring results.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, stock management, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support the Area Manager with market analysis, business strategy, and promotional event planning.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent, manage training programs, and conduct performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑6 years of proven store management experience in a retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English proficiency; Arabic is a plus (mandatory for KSA).
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and ability to lead through ambiguity.

Required skills

• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Digital orientation and ability to use Sephora’s e‑learning tools (Axonify).
