Store Manager

About the role

Suitsupply is looking for a Store Manager in Dubai. The role is responsible for achieving sales and service targets, maintaining best practices and finding ways to improve store operations so that both customers and team members receive an excellent experience. The ideal person is organized, strategic and collaborative, has their own opinions, an eye for style and is proactive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to build a high-standard team and set weekly and monthly objectives
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service to drive sales
• Recruit qualified people and network in the market to find top talent
• Own the store P&L report and manage budgets (salary, expenses, inventory)
• Keep merchandise displayed attractively according to visual guidelines and ensure store standards and operations meet company standards
• Work with store support departments to use company resources effectively and align with HR on policies, procedures and team development

Required profile

• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading a high-volume door with staff exceeding 50 employees, or multi-unit store experience
• Strong leadership skills, able to coach and motivate the team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
