Store Manager - Luxury Fashion

About the role

CELINE, a fast-growing French leather-goods couture house belonging to the LVMH group, is looking for an enthusiastic, agile Store Manager. Acting as the store's chief executing officer, the role is spent mostly on the shopfloor, promoting the brand's culture and values while driving sales, customer experience and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store performance and market trends, take responsibility for the P&L and turn objectives into daily targets and tasks
• Work with managers to improve performance and implement action plans to reach commercial goals
• Drive client experience and CRM objectives, handle delicate customer situations and act as the link between head office and the store
• Ensure processes comply with legal, regulatory and internal requirements, manage stock and store planning, and oversee store digitalization
• Recruit new talent, manage the team, build a positive work environment and regularly coach staff to develop the key skills for their positions

Required profile

• Retail experience required; business school, university or equivalent experience
• Experience in luxury or fashion is a plus
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
