Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Toys 'R' Us outlet in Mina Zayed, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to regional retail leadership and is responsible for overall store performance, profitability, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales, profit, payroll, shrink, and conversion targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise sales and control expenses.
• Maintain loss‑prevention standards through accurate inventory, stock movement, and transaction controls.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high‑performing associates.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to align the team with performance goals.
• Ensure visual merchandising, promotions, cleanliness, and organization meet company standards.
• Provide hands‑on customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
