Storekeeper

About the role

Join a global lifestyle powerhouse as a Storekeeper in Dubai, supporting the hospitality, entertainment and real‑estate ecosystem of FIVE Hotels and Resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Label, store and organise inventory following safety, hygiene and space‑optimisation standards.
• Issue goods against authorised requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock takes and report slow‑moving or damaged items.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Cost Control and operational departments to ensure smooth inventory management.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Finance or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑volume hospitality environment in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, stock management and storekeeping operations.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing systems.
