Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations in Sharjah

About the role

The client is a global supplier of sustainable aluminium window, door and façade systems operating in Sharjah. They are looking for a diligent Storekeeper to manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities, maintain accurate inventory records and support production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verify quantities, report damages and coordinate with the Quality team.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, pallet documentation and loading coordination.
• Manage warehouse inventory, issue raw materials, tools and consumables using Store Issue Vouchers while keeping stock records up‑to‑date.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct quarterly inventory counts and prepare monthly consumables reports.
• Handle scrap/offcuts and coordinate replenishment with Production and Purchasing departments.

Required profile

• Higher secondary, diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar storekeeper role within the aluminium industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to coordinate loading, forklifts, drivers and warehouse movements.
