Strategic Account Management – Retail

About the role

Microsoft's Enterprise Account Team is looking for a Strategic Account Manager focused on retail customers in the United Arab Emirates. You will partner with senior business leaders to drive digital transformation, AI Copilot adoption, and security solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower cross‑functional account teams to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategies across the full customer lifecycle, targeting AI, Copilot, and security solutions.
• Engage C‑level executives and business decision‑makers to align Microsoft offerings with strategic retail objectives.
• Develop compelling business cases and value propositions to secure adoption and increase Microsoft spend.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions and drive consumption, adoption, and billed revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience (108 months) in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the retail sector.
• Strong network of senior contacts within retail organizations.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
