About the role
Ethos is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Lead to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible, and paid on an hourly basis.
Key responsibilities
- Design, draft, and refine RFPs and RFQs for various vendor categories.
- Develop and maintain vendor‑scoring, evaluation matrices, and spend‑analysis reports.
- Review and negotiate supplier contracts, SLAs, and vendor‑risk assessments.
- Conduct category‑strategy reviews and build savings‑pipeline analyses.
Required profile
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
- Direct ownership of running RFP/RFQ processes and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
- Expert‑level proficiency in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.
