About the role
Join Roland Berger’s Abu Dhabi office as a Consulting Intern and gain hands‑on experience in strategy consulting. You will work alongside project teams serving top companies across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate on assignments, conduct research and gather data to support project objectives.
- Assist in analysing complex business problems, developing innovative solutions and preparing presentations and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and interviews, supporting the delivery of strategic plans and organisational redesigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, STEM, Data Analytics or related field with an excellent academic record.
- UAE national, preferably based in Abu Dhabi, with strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
