Student Part‑Time Beauty Consultant (Emiratisation)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Student Part‑Time Beauty Consultant and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury retail environment. This position focuses on driving sales, supporting CRM and CX initiatives, and building strong client relationships across omni‑channel touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while providing outstanding guest service.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX and other customer‑focused initiatives in‑store.
• Drive product sell‑through, attend beauty training sessions and seminars.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Maintain client relationships using an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Capture accurate customer data in the store’s systems.

Required profile

• Student status with availability for part‑time work.
• UAE national (Emiratisation) preference.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant retail experience.
