About the role
The Supervisor, Branch Automation – RBG Off‑Site ATM will oversee the ATM and self‑service channel network across the UAE, driving revenue growth and supporting customer migration to digital services. The role ensures new functionalities are validated, manages machine movements, and coordinates vendor activities.
Key responsibilities
- Validate newly introduced functionalities and services on self‑serve channels.
- Manage ATM and self‑service channel performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) including P&L and transaction summaries in PowerPoint format.
- Prepare monthly presentations reviewing the ATM channel performance.
- Arrange monthly work permits for all ATM sites and coordinate with various vendors.
- Update locator information for Mashreq, MC, Visa, and JCB following any changes.
- Monitor project capitalization, spend, and ensure completion of projects.
- Track and host EBSU meetings, updating the meeting tracker.
- Process end‑to‑end invoice requisitions, validate invoices, and release payments to vendors.
