Supply Chain Coordinator – International Shipments (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage international shipments from Asia to key markets such as the US, Canada and the UK. Based in Dubai with a hybrid working model, you will ensure end‑to‑end visibility of goods in transit, coordinate freight bookings and handle all related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international freight movements, including air and sea bookings.
• Manage logistics partners and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation such as commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Provide daily reporting on shipment status and identify potential delays.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and demand planners to align supply with demand.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.
• Hands‑on experience managing international shipments and freight forwarding processes.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and shipping to US, Canada or UK markets.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
