Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Join Croda’s Dubai Science Park team as a Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will act as the central communication hub between sales, customers, internal departments, warehouses, freight forwarders and suppliers, ensuring smooth order processing and shipment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders in SAP (SD module) and monitor their progress.
• Provide timely updates to customers on order status, shipment schedules and any delivery changes.
• Coordinate commercial documentation and liaise with freight forwarders for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate credit or account issues that may affect order processing and propose solutions.
• Support internal teams with accurate order information and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service within a supply‑chain or logistics environment.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably the SD module.
