Supply Chain Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, efficient inventory management, accurate demand planning and cost‑effective logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient product flow and optimal availability.
• Develop and manage demand forecasts and inventory plans based on sales data and market trends.
• Oversee procurement activities, supplier relationships and international logistics across air, sea and land transportation.
• Monitor and optimise key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, freight costs and supplier performance.
• Drive S&OP processes and cross‑functional supply chain planning.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Supply Chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in high‑volume inventory environments.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and English.

Required skills

• Procurement, demand forecasting, inventory planning and global logistics expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
