Supply Chain Officer

About the role

GRG International, a growing food & beverage operator in the GCC, is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain activities for its Saudi Arabia market from the UAE head office, with regular travel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day procurement, logistics and distribution across food and non‑food categories.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment.
• Work with 3PL partners on inbound/outbound operations and customs clearance.
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPI dashboards for management review.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of supply chain coordination experience, preferably in QSR, restaurant or FMCG.
• Hands‑on experience with imports, inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse operations and third‑party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree; supply chain or logistics certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi import regulations (SFDA, SABER) is an advantage.
