Support Operations Coordinator

About the role

MB Services FZ LLC is looking for a detail-driven, systems-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to strengthen the operational backbone of its support function. This is not a frontline support role: you will work behind the scenes to optimize workflows, monitor systems and improve efficiency so that customers and support teams have a seamless experience. The position is based in Dubai and is offered as a contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor backend systems against SOPs, spot anomalies, escalate issues and keep operations running smoothly
• Produce accurate, timely daily operational reports
• Design, document and continuously improve SOPs, streamline workflows and drive efficiency initiatives
• Make sure internal tools are used effectively, point out gaps and recommend improvements, and support testing and rollout of new tools
• Analyze operational data to find trends and inefficiencies, maintain dashboards and reports for leadership, and give actionable insights
• Work with management and cross-functional teams on ad hoc work such as process audits, documentation, testing and system monitoring

Required profile

• At least 2 years in Customer Support, Operations or a similar role
• Experience in process optimization or backend operations is highly preferred
• Attention to detail, structured thinking and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus
• Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Experience with support tools, dashboards or analytics platforms is a plus
