SVP - End User Services

About the role

The Head of End User Services is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and executing Mashreq Bank’s next‑generation end‑user technology strategy across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global team of ~60 internal and vendor professionals in the UAE, India, Pakistan and Egypt.
• Oversee engineering and operational management of desktop/laptop devices, IT asset lifecycle, Citrix VDI, endpoint vulnerability, VIP/Trading support, messaging & collaboration tools, Active Directory and Mobile Device Management.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to ensure scalable, secure end‑user solutions that support business growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in managing large, geographically dispersed IT service teams.
• Proven track record in delivering end‑user services within a banking or financial services environment.
