About the role

The Head of End User Services is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and executing Mashreq Bank’s next‑generation end‑user technology strategy across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

Lead a global team of ~60 internal and vendor professionals in the UAE, India, Pakistan and Egypt.
Oversee engineering and operational management of desktop/laptop devices, IT asset lifecycle, Citrix VDI, endpoint vulnerability, VIP/Trading support, messaging & collaboration tools, Active Directory and Mobile Device Management.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to ensure scalable, secure end‑user solutions that support business growth.

Required profile

Extensive experience in managing large, geographically dispersed IT service teams.
Proven track record in delivering end‑user services within a banking or financial services environment.
