Talent Acquisition Associate Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate Manager implements sourcing strategies and supports candidate sourcing mainly for management, business units and group functions across assigned geographies. The role sources, screens and shortlists candidates for BU HR, HRBPs and hiring managers, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring through effective use of available tools.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates who meet work experience, qualifications, capabilities, competencies, diversity and budget criteria within the SLA turnaround time.
• Identify and attract hard-to-find passive talent through channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
• Jointly own the Profile Alignment Meeting (PAM) with BU HR/HRBP and share its outputs with the panel.
• Ensure all applicants and candidates are entered in Success Factor and used for shortlisting.
• Support creation, editing and posting of job descriptions on job boards.
• Act as the IFFCO ambassador, understand business needs and represent them appropriately.
• Maintain and promote recruitment process policies and prepare accurate recruitment reports.
• Identify suitable recruitment partners in the assigned regions.

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in hardcore sourcing.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sourcing experience in the FMCG industry.
• Post-graduation or bachelor's degree in human resource management or a relevant field.
