About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers within your network, including your own organization.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of hiring professionals.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
