Talent Acquisition Executive - Arabic Speaker

About the role

GMG Group is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join its Human Resources team in the United Arab Emirates. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, supporting the company’s growth across its diverse retail portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking events and recruitment agencies.
• Develop and launch targeted recruitment campaigns to reach specific talent pools.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate interview logistics, provide guidance to interviewers and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment tools and technologies.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assessments.
• Data analysis and reporting for recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing for candidate outreach.
