About the role
Join L’Oréal’s Graduate Program in Dubai as a Talent Acquisition HR Graduate Trainee. Over a 9‑12 month assignment you will work within the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, supporting the attraction and onboarding of diverse talent.
Key responsibilities
- Screen applications, conduct initial candidate interviews and build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth, caring onboarding experience.
- Support youth campus initiatives and local recruitment events to strengthen employer branding.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (final year or less than 2 years since graduation) eager to learn.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and active‑listening skills.
- Available for a 9‑12 month assignment in Dubai.
