Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates across the organization, ensuring a smooth full‑cycle recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
