Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global staffing leader on a full‑time remote basis. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and place top talent across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage follow‑ups, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track all candidate activity and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and staffing plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to placement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail.
