Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. This fully remote, full‑time role focuses on end‑to‑end recruiting while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation for successful hires.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
