Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates for a global technology client. The remote, full‑time position supports end‑to‑end recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and building strong candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful hires.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
