Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive full‑cycle recruiting with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
