Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. This fully remote, full‑time role focuses on end‑to‑end recruiting while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
