Talent Acquisition Specialist – UHNI & Private Office Hiring

About the role

Amali Properties is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNI) and private office roles. The role focuses on sourcing personal staff, executive support, lifestyle management and other high‑discretion positions with speed, confidentiality and a relationship‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for UHNI and private office positions, from requirement gathering to offer acceptance.
• Partner with senior leadership and UHNI stakeholders to translate bespoke hiring needs into tailored acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong agency ecosystem and personal network across the US, UK and Europe.
• Proactively head‑hunt and map talent for hard‑to‑fill, relationship‑led roles.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience characterized by professionalism, discretion and personalized engagement.
• Design assessment approaches that evaluate cultural fit, trust quotient and adaptability for office‑of‑the‑chair roles.
• Build and sustain a high‑quality talent pipeline for niche and leadership mandates.
• Track and report hiring metrics, balancing speed, quality and confidentiality.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of recruitment experience, preferably within UHNI, private office or senior leadership hiring.
• Proven track record working with top‑tier recruitment agencies or managing agency‑driven hiring models.
• Extensive network across agencies and premium talent pools in international markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership and UHNI clients.
• High levels of confidentiality, emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
