About the role
Join Rosewood Abu Dhabi for a 5‑ to 6‑month Talent and Culture internship starting between January and March 2027. You will discover the hotel’s hospitality culture, gain a holistic view of operations, and contribute to creating meaningful guest experiences.
Required profile
- Currently studying at a hotel school
- Some previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Guest‑oriented and innovative mindset
