Talent Intelligence Sourcing Lead

About the role

TensorWave is seeking a Talent Intelligence Sourcing Lead to shape the talent attraction foundation that fuels our rapid growth. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineers to identify, engage, and inspire world‑class technical talent while leveraging AI to automate and augment your workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify, and engage engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand technical requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Use a wide range of sourcing strategies—including advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, AI‑assisted automation, and creative outreach—to build strong pipelines.
• Design, build, and refine tooling and workflows, leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, delivering an authentic story about TensorWave’s mission, products, values, and culture.
• Track and analyze pipeline data to continuously optimize sourcing approaches.
• Lead and mentor a small team of technical sourcers, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

• Proven experience building and scaling talent pipelines for engineering roles.
