Tally Sales Executive – Business Bank Accounts & POS Solutions

About the role

Almas Financial Services is seeking a motivated Tally Sales Executive to promote its Business Bank Account and POS Machine solutions in Dubai. The role combines office‑based sales activities with occasional field meetings, focusing on converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website, referrals and other channels.
• Contact potential clients, understand their needs and present banking and POS solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into completed applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and coordinate with operations for document processing.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Confidence in interacting with business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and meet sales targets.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
