Team Lead – Nuska Beach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join the Nuska Beach team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. The role starts in September 2026 and involves leading a diverse team to deliver the high‑standard service expected of a world‑class luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve departmental goals while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure team members are fully briefed on duties and priorities.
• Ensure guests, clients, and colleagues are welcomed and attended to professionally, discreetly, and in line with service standards.
• Prepare duty rosters, reports, and maintain accurate records, filing systems, and operational documentation.
• Support stock control, inventory management, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and accurate expense allocation.
• Monitor operational standards, address guest enquiries or complaints professionally, and report any issues, incidents, or service gaps to the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably within an international hospitality environment.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures, demonstrating trust, respect, and cultural awareness.
• Proven ability to support and coordinate day‑to‑day team operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is considered an advantage.
