Team Leader (HVAC)

About the role

The Team Leader (HVAC) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, responsible for overseeing HVAC maintenance and installation teams to deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality services while adhering to green practices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign work orders for HVAC projects.
• Supervise technicians and monitor project progress to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate resources and review technical drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with management and clients, preparing basic reports.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, plus industry‑recognized HVAC certifications.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a multicultural environment.
• Commitment to green, quality‑focused values and continuous improvement.
