About the role
ADNOC Distribution is seeking a Team Leader to manage strategic customer accounts in the Al Ain region. The role serves as the primary contact for customers, ensuring uninterrupted fuelling operations and adherence to ADNOC standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all fuelling activities across customer locations, ensuring compliance with HSSEQ standards and managing monthly fuel requirements.
- Plan and allocate manpower to meet customer needs, coordinate authorizations, and ensure timely access for staff.
- Act as the main liaison with customers, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare and approve monthly reports, inspection checklists, and ensure timely completion of safety drills and audits.
- Lead tank and depot commissioning/re‑commissioning projects, supervising contractors and authorising maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation fuelling, including 3‑4 years in managerial roles.
