Technical Sales Manager – MEA Climate Solutions

About the role

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join its Middle East & Africa Climate Sales team in Dubai. You will work in a hybrid model, spending at least three days on‑site and up to two days remote, driving sales of the PES portfolio across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan targeting $2‑5 M in revenue.
• Lead consultant engagement to position the PES portfolio.
• Act as application lead for the PES portfolio and provide technical demonstrations.
• Achieve profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate cross‑regional sales efforts and collaborate with internal support, service, and management teams.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitiveness.
• Provide ongoing customer support and prepare sales quotations.

Required profile

• In‑depth understanding of HVAC fundamentals and system design.
• Strong consultant engagement experience in the MEA region.
• Hands‑on field application engineering background.
• Proven track record in account management or territory sales.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
