Technical Sales Promoter - UAE

About the role

An experienced Sales Promoter is sought in the UAE to drive technical product adoption, exceed revenue targets and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate brings 10-12 years of technical sales expertise, demonstrates product value, identifies market opportunities and works with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sales promotion strategies for technical products
• Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations for prospective clients
• Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold calls and industry events
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business
• Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Give client feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future development
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory requirements in the UAE

Required profile

• 10-12 years of technical sales experience promoting complex products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UAE market
• In-depth understanding of technical product features and ability to convey value propositions
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic preferred
• Ability to travel across the UAE and attend industry events regularly
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency with sales reporting

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Additional languages (e.g. Hindi, Urdu)
• Certification in sales methodologies or negotiations
• Established network of industry contacts in the UAE
• Familiarity with local import/export and compliance regulations
