Technical Superintendent

About the role

The Technical Superintendent will manage the efficient operation, maintenance and safety of assigned DP vessels, acting as the key liaison between on‑shore management and offshore crews.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor technical operations of vessels to ensure compliance with company standards, international regulations and industry best practices.
• Manage dry‑dockings, major repairs, maintenance planning, budgeting and execution, and approve parts requests.
• Liaise with vessel Masters, Chief Engineers and clients to provide technical advice and solutions.
• Support crew staffing, crewing schedules, and ensure vessels meet flag‑state, client and company requirements.
• Assist Operations Manager with yearly OPEX budgeting and guide Supply Chain with technical expertise.

Required profile

• CoC in Engineering or similar qualification; BOSIET preferred.
• Mandatory experience in the marine sector with ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
