About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Caller to act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating interest in our property listings and linking leads with our sales team in Dubai’s dynamic real‑estate market.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Answer inbound inquiries, providing accurate information about properties.
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
- Record all calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Deliver a professional and friendly first impression of the company.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in real‑estate or customer‑service environments is preferred.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for tracking calls and client data.
