About the role
Careers International is hiring tele callers for a leading water purification company in Sharjah. This is a customer-focused role based on cold calling: you contact potential customers, explain the product offerings and convert leads.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the UAE
- Explain product features, benefits and offers clearly and confidently
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding
- Handle basic inquiries and resolve customer objections politely
Required profile
- Proven experience in tele calling, telesales or customer service preferred
- Fluent spoken Hindi; other regional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Immediate availability highly preferred
- Candidates on dependent visas (husband/family) are encouraged to apply
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp) is an advantage
