Tele Sales Associate – English Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Tele Sales Associate to join Blue Ocean Corporation in Dubai. You will promote our training courses to prospective clients in India, handling the full sales cycle from outreach to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce and sell Blue Ocean’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert them into enrolled students.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, answering questions about training programs.
• Provide detailed information on courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring messages to individual needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Research client training needs to adapt sales approach and suggest new course opportunities.
• Record all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• High level of customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience using a CRM system for tracking sales activities.
