About the role
Careers International is hiring a full-time Tele Sales agent in Dubai for the real estate sector. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to available properties and helping turn leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to available real estate properties.
- Answer client inquiries, provide property details and address their concerns and questions.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and build strong, lasting client relationships with excellent customer service.
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in tele sales or calling.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Confidence speaking with clients on the phone and handling diverse situations.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
