Telecaller – Forex & CFD Lead Generation

About the role
We are looking for proactive telecallers to join our team and drive client acquisition for our Forex and CFD services. You will engage prospective clients, convert leads, and support onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Convert leads into active clients and achieve sales targets.
- Explain Forex/CFD services and support client onboarding.
- Maintain client relationships and update CRM with accurate information.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex or financial markets.
- Telecalling experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to generate, follow up and convert leads.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Forex, CFDs and online trading.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
