Telesales Agent – Cars

About the role

The Telesales Agent will generate revenue by engaging potential and existing customers through outbound calls. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, converting leads into acquisitions, and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years experience in telesales, call centre or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and time‑management abilities.
• Highly motivated, resilient and able to work under pressure.
