About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Telegram Community Manager to own and grow our Telegram channels and groups. You will shape strategy, keep the community active, safe and commercially valuable.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow large‑scale Telegram channels and groups.
- Plan and deliver engagement, growth and retention strategies, including promotions, giveaways and community campaigns.
- Set up and maintain bots and automation workflows.
- Moderate content, manage anti‑spam measures and protect community quality.
- Track performance analytics and report on growth and engagement.
Required profile
- Proven hands‑on experience managing and growing large Telegram communities.
- Strong working knowledge of Telegram channels, groups, bots and automation.
- Track record in community engagement, growth and promotional campaigns.
- Experience with moderation and anti‑spam tooling.
- Comfortable analysing performance data and optimising accordingly.
