Telemedicine Nurse – Clinical Lead

About the role

Emirates Group Medical Services is seeking a Telemedicine Nurse to lead and expand its remote nursing services. The role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring high‑quality virtual care for employees and their families across the Emirates network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain telemedicine nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidance and best practice.
• Develop, implement, and audit telemedicine protocols, triage guidelines, and key performance indicators.
• Triag​e patients efficiently, refer them for appropriate care, and supervise nursing staff delivering virtual consultations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to secure and optimise telemedicine platforms for clinical use.
• Design and deliver education and training programmes on technology use, patient privacy, and virtual communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of nursing experience in a clinical, medical, or safety‑related setting.
• Registered Nurse licensed with the Dubai Health Authority.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to develop competencies in primary‑care practice nursing and aviation medicine.
